Tenant Initiatives

 

We recognize improving tenant satisfaction as a key issue and have put the following measures in place to achieve this goal.

 

  • TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY

We plan to conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys to help us understand tenant needs and provide more comfortable facilities and services. The valuable feedback obtained through these surveys will be used proactively to improve tenant satisfaction.

 

  • DISASTER & BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN (BCP) DRILLS

We conduct regular disaster and business continuity plan (BCP) drills.

 

 

Local Community Initiatives

 

The following initiatives are examples of how we contribute to the local communities around our buildings.

 

  • CHARITY EVENTS

We (jointly with Blackstone) hosted the Miyako Christmas Party, a Christmas charity event for children from orphanages within the city, as one of our local community initiatives.

 

Supply Chain Initiatives

 

  • SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT POLICY

We plan to establish a sustainable procurement policy to strengthen engagement with our stakeholders in the supply chain and to fulfill our social responsibility.
