Croesus Retail Asset Management K.K. (”CRAM K.K.”) is established as a wholly owned subsidiary of a Singapore-based fund (“Croesus Retail Trust,” “CRT”) management company Croesus Retail Asset Management Pte., Ltd. (“CRAM Pte”)

May 2013

CRT listed on the Singapore Exchange as the first business trust in Singapore to invest in Japanese retail properties.

October 2017

A fund affiliated with the Blackstone Group acquired CRT and delisted it from Singapore.
CRAM K.K. became a portfolio company under the company’s funds

July 2018

Company name changed to JapanCor Co., Ltd. (In Japanese katakana)
As a platform for the real estate asset management business in Japan, the company provides asset management services for a wide range of asset classes, and pursues support for acquisition business activities

June 2022

Company name changed to JapanCor Co., Ltd. (In English)
