DBJ Green Building Certification

The DBJ Green Building Certification System was established by the Development Bank of Japan Inc. to encourage environmentally and socially conscious real estate (“Green Building”). Using a five-point scale (★ to ★★★★★), this system evaluates and certifies real estate comprehensively on environmental performance as well as response to stakeholders.
